How often will I receive my Walmart Beauty Box?
The Walmart Beauty Box is a seasonal subscription. You will receive one box per season: Spring, Summer, Fall, and Winter, for a total of four boxes per year.
What is the cost of the subscription and shipping?
The box itself is free; you only pay a flat rate of $6.98 for shipping and handling per seasonal box. Applicable taxes may apply based on your location.
Can I return or exchange items from my box?
Due to the nature of the mystery curation and the low cost of shipping, we do not accept returns or exchanges for individual products or the entire Beauty Box.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your card will be charged once your seasonal box is prepared for shipment. For new subscribers, the first charge occurs when you sign up for the current season's box.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel at any time by logging into your account on our website and selecting 'Cancel Subscription' before the next seasonal billing cycle begins.
Are the products full-sized or samples?
Each box contains a mix of sample-sized, travel-sized, and occasionally full-sized beauty products ranging from skincare and hair care to trendy makeup items.
